So, if unable to swim, is it allowed to participate in banana boat rides? The answer is yes! Each banana boat ride participant, are required to wear a life jacket. Life jackets provided by the Adventure water sport staff. Also, there is a guide on the banana boat accompanied the participants.

- Muscle strengthening: The main muscle groups being worked while you are trying to stay at a stable position on the towable. Another main muscle group being worked are the abdominal muscles as you try to be balanced it through waves and jumps.
